China IP Offices Close for Spring Festival Holiday
BEIJING - The State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China and the Trademark Office under the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the P. R. China will be closed from February 13, 2010 to February 19, 2010.
According to Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd., an Intellectual Property law firm, any deadline falling due on the above date will be automatically extended to February 22, 2010.
Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department will be closed from February 13, 2010 to February 16, 2010. Any deadline falling due on the above date will be automatically extended to the following first working day, i.e. February 17, 2010.
Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd. will be closed from February 13, 2010 to February 19, 2010 and resume work on February 20, 2010. For Hong Kong matters falling due between February 13, 2010 and February 19, 2010, please arrange to have documents reach Peksung by February 12, 2010.
